General Information
Each backdrops measures 8'2''x6'5''
(250x200cm). They are hand painted for Bubblegum Parties, by artisans.
The balloon décor around the backdrop takes more than 100 balloons, using colours according to the theme( colours may vary ).
It will take about an hour and a half to set the décor up and about only twenty minutes to collect it; if hiring a venue, please allow that extra time.
In case of cake and snacks/sweets ordering, they will be delivered by the décor team.
Please make sure there will be a person in charge to receive it.
The themed decor can be hired for up to 3 hours.
Booking Conditions
We strongly recommend that you book the party theme décor your child wishes for her birthday at least 4 to 5 weeks in advance.
We cover London and surrounding areas.

Your booking is confirmed when we have received your 50% deposit or full payment and we have sent a confirmation invoice.
We will notify you of any changes before you confirm your booking. Bubblegum Parties reserves the right to alter or withdraw any themed party décor or service.
Please inform us if you would like to make any alterations to your confirmed booking and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.
Final Payment is due 14 days before the party date.
The host/parent/carer is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children whereas they are close to the themed party décor. In case of any damage to the décor a fee will be charged for covering the cost of it.
We must be informed as soon as possible if you wish to postpone or cancel your party.
The following cancelation charges apply:
- More than 30 days 0
- 20 to 29 days deposit only
- 8 to 19 days 50%
- 7 days 100%
